Our Steps towards Health and Safety

At Fusion Rentals, customer and staff safety and wellbeing are our top priorities. While the world continues to heal and rebuild, we are maintaining our enhanced safety standards as well as booking flexibility. Because the customer has total control over their surroundings, Fusion Rentals offers a private transportation option, which is a safer option than certain other modes of transportation.

We are closely monitoring the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak and according to the government’s and health authorities’ recommendations to make sure the right steps are taken to safeguard our clients, staff members, and the environment in which we operate.

Our goal is to uphold the high standards of safety and cleanliness that our clients demand. In addition to putting preventative measures into practise to lessen the transmission of germs in our premises and vehicles. In order to reduce risks to our customers and employees, our vehicles go through a rigors, multi-step cleaning process for each rental. We adhere to these practises as advised by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO), and the Australian Government.

Customer self-isolation or quarantine

If you are unable to return the vehicle due to self-isolation or quarantine, you can contact Fusion Rentals. Please note that in circumstances such as these, the customer must speak directly with Fusion rentals to arrange pickup of the vehicle. The customer must ensure the vehicle is parked in a safe environment and not in violation of any traffic laws.

Failure to notify us about returning the vehicle may result in customers being charged the full amount or expenses incurred until the vehicle is returnd.

Cancellations and Government guidelines

We are aware that laws and regulations are subject to sudden change. Our policies have undergone significant revisions to reflect and allow for this flexibility. Customers who must cancel because of legislative requirements could be given the option to rebook for a later time. Fusion Rentals is aware that the government may alter restrictions during the rental, and should this happen, you may be eligible for a partial refund.

Do we sanatise every vehicle?

We have a high standard for cleanliness and safety, which we are dedicated to keeping through our multi-step vehicle cleaning procedure. As a result of COVID-19, improved cleaning processes have been implemented to our vehicles and client spaces, and are based on current health and government regulations.

Additionally, if we have proof that a vehicle was utilised by a driver/passenger who has tested positive for COVID-19, the vehicle is thoroughly decontaminated and sanitised.
